We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Shipping times are estimates only; delays may occur due to carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title transfers upon full payment.

Collectible stamps are sold as-is with authenticity guarantees where specified. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened items in original condition, subject to inspection.
