We want every pet and their human to be happy with our products. If you’re not satisfied, we’ve made returns and exchanges easy and fair.


✅ Eligibility:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Custom products (e.g. engraved collars) are not eligible
  • We cover return shipping for defective items
  • For personal reasons (e.g. dislike, wrong size), customer pays return shipping

🔁 How to Return:

  • Contact Us Email us at support@stampcollectshop.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
  • Wait for Approval We’ll review and reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and next steps
  • Ship It Back Send your item back with a trackable courier and share the tracking number with us
  • Get Your Refund We’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the item

  • Do not refuse the package at delivery — this may delay processing
  • Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted
  • Items showing heavy use or damage may be denied for refund
